I’ll research, write, reference and produce your family history book. Told in a narrative format, the story will include facts, family trees, anecdotes, photos, archival documents and other artifacts to bring the story to life.

Each project is unique. After a free initial consultation, I will prepare a customized quote unique to your project, considering the number of family lines included and the complexity of the research involved.

Mini Packages:

For projects with a limited scope or for those who want to start small before considering a larger project, mini packages offer a fixed number of hours of work.

The final product for a mini-package is a fully referenced PowerPoint presentation. The smaller the number of hours, the more focused the report will be on research findings. As the number of hours increases, more time can be dedicated to building the narrative.

If desired, the results of a mini project can be rolled over into a more complete package.

10 hours: $1,200

20 hours: $2,200

30 hours: $3,000

Add-On Services:

Examples of add on services include, but are not limited to:

  • research involving sub-contracting with local specialists for foreign language or in-person archival searches

  • audio or video recordings of family interviews

  • production of hardcover books to accompany mini-packages
